The registered member email address must be the same as the one stated on any related electronic payment receipts.
Members must be at least 16 years old. For customers who are under the age of 18, they must obtain consent from a parent or guardian before applying for the RENPHO loyalty program.
Members must ensure that the information submitted on the registration form is authentic, accurate, complete, not misleading and without any elements of fraud.
No welcome offer (if applicable) will be given to customers who have cancelled their membership within the past 6 months from the month of new application.
RENPHO reserves the right to determine a member’s eligibility for membership status, tier, points and rewards.
RENPHO memberships are not allowed to be transferred or exchanged to others entities.
Upon termination or expiry of membership, all unredeemed bonus points in the member’s account will be forfeited without further notice. We will retain your personal data for nine (9) months following the termination of your membership.
RenPoints are not transferrable between regions. It remains with the country region that a customer has registered in.
